Four rooms were specified to be designed for the show home within a budget of £30,000. These were the living room, dining room, office and one bedroom. The bedroom chosen was the master bedroom as this is the best option to impress the target market- a professional couple. The style of the show home is contemporary- rural with a professional, high-quality and luxurious finish. A very neutral colour scheme of grey, ivory and blush pink was chosen to please the broadest market of potential buyers.
