This bedroom has been designed in keeping with it’s Georgian features such as the large sash window and picture rail. The room has an original fireplace which believe it or not had been sealed in by previous home owners!
A delicate, blue, floral Sandberg wallpaper has been used around the entire room giving the interior a grand and luxurious feel. The ceiling and above the picture rail has been painted a blue/ grey colour to give the illusion of a lower ceiling, and therefore a cosier, more relaxed atmosphere.
Tones of blue have been paired with warmer rust, red tones and contrasting striped textiles have also been used.
An above mantle mirror bounces light around the room along with a window effect mirror which gives the illusion of another window and reflects more natural light around the room.
